Community Guidelines
Standards for filings, evidence, rebuttals, discussion, and conduct across ChirpNTell.
Filings must be submitted under sworn acknowledgment and supported by relevant evidence where available. Threats, doxxing, profanity, and harassment are filtered and escalated for administrator review.
Subjects retain the right to submit a protected rebuttal, and all discussion connected to a docket is expected to remain civil, evidence-based, and free of identifying information about uninvolved parties.
What You May File
A valid filing describes a real interaction, includes honest detail, and is supported by evidence where it exists.
- A factual account of a transaction, interaction, or encounter, described in your own words.
- Supporting evidence such as receipts, messages, contracts, photographs, or screenshots relevant to the docket.
- Dates, locations, and categories that help other subscribers understand the context of the interaction.
- A calm, specific rebuttal that clarifies, corrects, or contextualizes a filing that concerns you.
- Clearly labeled opinions or impressions, separated from statements of fact.
What Is Not Allowed
Filings and discussion that cross these lines are filtered automatically or escalated for administrator review, and may be removed.
- Threats of violence or harm, directed at a subject, a filer, or any third party.
- Doxxing — publishing home addresses, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal identifiers.
- Profanity, slurs, or harassment directed at a person rather than a description of an interaction.
- Filings made about yourself, filings made to settle unrelated disputes, or coordinated filings intended to manipulate the record.
- Fabricated evidence, altered documents, or knowingly false statements submitted under sworn acknowledgment.
- Identifying information about uninvolved third parties who are not part of the interaction being described.
How This Is Enforced
Every filing passes through automated profanity, threat, and doxxing filters before it is preserved, and flagged content is escalated to administrator review. Subjects always retain the right to submit a protected rebuttal, and disputed records may be updated, restricted, or removed following review.
