The terms intended to govern use of the ChirpNTell platform, including filings, evidence, rebuttals, and messaging.
By registering a Subscriber ID, members agree to submit accurate information to the best of their knowledge, provide sworn acknowledgment on filings, and use Drop the Gavel, Archive Scan, Evidence Containers, and Messaging in accordance with ChirpNTell's Community Guidelines.
ChirpNTell reserves the right to moderate, flag, escalate, or restrict records that violate these terms. This page describes the intended terms of the platform within this presentation prototype and does not represent a live, binding legal agreement.
