Takedown Requests
How to request review, correction, or removal of a docket, evidence item, or rebuttal.
Subjects, filers, or authorized representatives may submit a takedown request describing the record in question and the basis for review, including sworn misidentification, resolved disputes, or unlawful content.
Requests are reviewed by administrators against evidence, rebuttal status, and platform policy before any restriction, redaction, or removal is applied. Use the Contact page to submit a takedown request in this prototype.
