How ChirpNTell handles Subscriber identity, personal information, and access to records.
ChirpNTell issues every subscriber a stable Subscriber ID used across filings, evidence activity, rebuttals, comments, threads, and groups. Email addresses and personal names are never displayed to other subscribers.
Members choose whether to disclose any additional personal information beyond what registration requires. Administrative access to identifying information is restricted to authorized personnel and logged for audit purposes.
